RSU Cricket Club came into being when some university students gathered  to do the sport they had left behind in their homelands. Now the club has finally taken it's shape and is launching it's web page to entertain those people who would like to learn more about the club and it's activities.  RSU CC has been playing on a regular basis during summers with the other Medical University Cricket Club the "Latvian University Cricket Club". Since, the formation of a local league system recently and a great interest shown in the inter club games it was necessary to introduce the club culture in Latvia so that every University and School was represented in the league. RSU CC comprises of students from India & Srilanka who are full time students at one of the oldest Medical Universities in the region the " Riga Stradina University".
