To lay foundation for any
game in a new territory, it is almost a must to have the game
being introduced to the school kids. It is then the game is
taken seriously at the higher levels.
We at Latvian Cricket Club are
striving hard to set an example and bringing forward many
ideas on introducing the game to schools and territories in
Latvia. We are continuously following the game at the
International School of Riga and are very thankful to the
support that we have from the administration, teachers and
parents of the kids involved in the game.
This page will serve as the basic
source of school cricket throughout Latvia and all games,
reports, best cricketer of the month, latest news and pictures
will be reported here on a regular basis.
